HOW IT STARTS
What an Appia is
An Appia is a company's own territory on VeniAI Platform: its people, its roles, its applications. It is not a separate installation. It is the company's place on one shared infrastructure
Every Appia inherits the infrastructure: identity, permissions, audit logs, servers in Vietnam
Venizia provisions the Appia and hands the admin account to the company
The client’s IT adds people and assigns roles, without touching a server
Every application is organization-scoped by design
- 1Its own territory
- 2Inherits the infrastructure
- 3Your IT adds people and roles
- 4Apps scoped to the company
SECURITY
Three
layered security
Each layer is controlled by someone different, and each answers a different question a security review asks: where does it run, who can reach it, who decides. That is what makes it three layers rather than one.
LAYER 1
Vietnamese cloud infrastructure
Venizia runs and monitors it internally. Apps, database, files and logs stay in-country, and no monitoring data leaves at all
LAYER 2
Permissions in the platform
SSO, RBAC and service-to-service encryption are part of the architecture, not integrated after deployment
LAYER 3
Rules your IT team sets
Your IT team sets its own roles and rules inside the Appia, deciding who reaches which app, without asking Venizia
FAQS
Questions we get every contract
Answers below say what is true today. Where something is not built yet, or where an exception applies, the answer names it rather than leaving it for the security review to find

Get in touch with us
Your apps, database, files and logs run on servers in Vietnam, under a Vietnamese contract that Venizia operates. Monitoring data stays in Vietnam too. Building with AI is the exception: when you describe an app, that description and the structure of the app being changed go to a model provider outside Vietnam
Pricing follows what your Appia runs: how many people work in it and which VeniAI apps it uses. Talk to us and we will price it against your company's own setup
A user account belongs to one person. An Appia belongs to the company: its people, its roles and its applications, on one shared infrastructure. Venizia hands the admin account to the company, and your IT adds people and assigns roles inside it
Where the data is hosted, single sign-on, role-based permissions, audit logs and service-to-service encryption. They are part of the platform rather than added after deployment, so every Appia answers them the same way from day one. Where building with AI is an exception, the answer says so
Yes, with VeniAI App Builder. An application built there runs inside the company's Appia and inherits the same identity, permissions and audit logs as the rest. When you describe an app to build it with AI, that description goes to a model provider outside Vietnam
