Security
How Venizia protects venizia.ai and VeniAI Platform: where data runs, who can reach it, and what to do if you find a problem.
01 Our approach
Security on VeniAI Platform is built into the shared infrastructure once, so every Appia inherits it. It works in three layers, each controlled by a different party: Venizia runs the infrastructure, the platform enforces permissions, and your IT team sets the rules inside your Appia.
02 Where data is hosted
Apps, databases, files and logs run on servers in Vietnam, under a Vietnamese contract operated by Venizia. Monitoring data stays in Vietnam too.
Building with AI is the exception. When you describe an app in VeniAI App Builder, that description and the structure of the app being changed go to a model provider outside Vietnam. Running those models in Vietnam is on the roadmap.
03 Access and identity
Access is decided by the platform and by your own IT team:
- Single sign-on across every app in an Appia.
- Role-based access control built into the platform, not added app by app.
- Roles and rules set by your IT team inside the Appia, without asking Venizia.
- Every application is scoped to its organisation by design.
04 Encryption
Traffic to venizia.ai and VeniAI Platform is encrypted in transit. Services inside the platform talk to each other over encrypted service-to-service connections.
05 Audit logs and monitoring
Key actions are recorded to an audit log stored in Vietnam. Venizia monitors the infrastructure internally, and no monitoring data leaves the country.
06 Separation between companies
Each Appia is a company’s own territory on one shared infrastructure. People, roles, apps and data are scoped to the organisation, so one company cannot reach another’s.
07 Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in venizia.ai or VeniAI Platform, please tell us:
- Email contact@venizia.ai with a description and the steps to reproduce it.
- Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours while testing.
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
