These terms apply when you use venizia.ai. Your company’s use of VeniAI Platform is governed by the contract it signs with Venizia.
01 About these terms
venizia.ai is operated by Venizia Co., Ltd., registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("Venizia", "we"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02 Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the platform or their data.
- Disrupt the site, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
- Copy large parts of the site or scrape it automatically without our permission.
03 The platform and your contract
The site describes VeniAI Platform in general terms. What Venizia provides to your company, including pricing, service levels and data handling, is set out in your contract. Where the two differ, the contract applies.
04 Intellectual property
The content of the site, including text, graphics, the Venizia and VeniAI names and logos, and Vela UI, belongs to Venizia or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but not reuse its content without written permission.
05 Enquiries you send us
When you contact us through the site, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. We handle them as described in our Privacy policy.
06 Links to other services
The site may link to services we do not run, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
07 Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Features described as on the roadmap are plans, not commitments.
08 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Venizia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
